Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Advisor Growth &
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain productive relationships with external and
internal partners
Recruit Advisors and assist in identifying acquisition
opportunities
Develop and oversee business plans to connect with new markets and
drive growth
Required Qualifications
3+ years of industry experience in broker-dealers, RIAs, and Wealth
Management in a leadership role
2-4 years of leadership experience in a director-level capacity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4-7 years of relevant
training or industry background
Familiarity with clearing firms (LPL, Schwab, Fidelity) and
proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access
Preferred licenses include Series 6, 7, and 65/66 (or willingness
to obtain)
