Director of Business Intelligence will play a critical role in
shaping the strategic direction and analytical capabilities of our
client tools. This position will focus on developing and
implementing data tools that enhance client communication, ensuring
our clients receive the highest quality service and insights. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, a
strategic mindset, and a passion for leveraging data to drive
business decisions.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive
strategy for data tools that support and improve client
communication. Collaborate with senior leadership to align data
initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Data Tool Development: Oversee the design, development, and
implementation of innovative data tools that facilitate effective
and efficient client communication. Ensure tools are user-friendly
and meet the needs of various client segments.
- Analytics and Insights: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to
provide actionable insights that enhance client communication
strategies. Utilize advanced analytics techniques to uncover
trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with client-facing teams to
understand their needs and challenges. Provide training and support
on using data tools to improve client interactions and
outcomes.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators
(KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of data tools and
client communication strategies. Continuously monitor and report on
performance, making data-driven recommendations for
improvement.
- Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and
emerging technologies in data analytics and client communication.
Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in
data tools and processes.Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business,
Statistics, or a related field - preferred
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in data
analytics, strategy, or a related field, with a focus on client
communication and data tools. Proven track record of successfully
leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and
software. Experience with CRM systems and client communication
platforms is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical
skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven
strategies that align with business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication
skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to
non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and address
challenges, leveraging data to drive solutions and
improvements.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with the
ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
- Innovation: A passion for staying current with industry trends
and a drive to innovate and improve data tools and client
