drives our success.What You Will Do Job Summary: Design, implement,
administer, and test IT Security policies, technologies, solutions,
and processes to ensure the security and risk mitigation of the
Company's computer applications, data, computers, and networks.
Plan and develop an IT Security program and architecture that
supports strategic business objectives. Duties and
Responsibilities: (This list is not exhaustive and may be
supplemented as necessary by the Company) --- Ensure the Company's
requirements for data and system confidentiality, integrity, and
availability are understood. Develop the strategy and program
(people, process, technology) to meet these requirements and
highlight to the business any identified shortcomings, along with
recommending remediation actions. Identify opportunities for
continual improvement, including industry best practices and
recommend changes where required. --- Manage security related
incidents and problems throughout full lifecycle and act as
interface with senior leadership for IT security related matters.
--- Recommend and oversee the development of enterprise security
policies and procedures to maintain the security of Company
networks, data and systems, plan for security backup and system
recovery. --- Initiate vulnerability assessments and security
audits, utilizing internal and external resources, against Company
systems. Partner with IT functions to create pragmatic action plans
and monitor the execution and completion of vulnerability
resolution. --- Develop metrics to measure and report on the
effectiveness of the corporate security program. --- Ensure IT
security systems, infrastructure, and procedures align with Global
IT Security Operations. --- Provide management with updates on
threats and vulnerabilities that the Company may face and efforts
to mitigate those threats and vulnerabilities. --- Promote IT
security awareness and deliver education programs throughout the
company. --- Support the evaluation and vetting of new vendors,
technology, and products from a cybersecurity perspective. Conduct
security assessments to ensure new solutions do not introduce
unknown risks or weaken security controls. --- Perform other
job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Minimum
Qualifications: Education and Experience: --- Bachelor's degree in
MIS, Information Technology, or a related field of study --- 10+
years relevant experience, with 3+ years supervisory experience
Knowledge of: --- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams --- IT
security programs, including governance, risk management,
architecture, and policies --- Operating systems, network elements
and protocols, encryption tools, client-server and web
architecture, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems
--- Application security, database technologies, identity, and
access management Skilled in: --- Oral and written communication
--- Leading teams --- Selection and implementation of software and
IT services Ability to: --- Plan, organize, prioritize and manage
projects or programs --- Maintain effective working relationships
--- Demonstrate critical thinking --- Travel domestically, as
needed. Work Environment and Physical Demand --- Requires light
physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under
10 lbs.). --- Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods. ---
Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and
keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine
