About this Position: The Assistant Manager will work within the leadership team of the Member Services department and lead the Branch Managers within their region-between 4 to 6 Branches, while supporting department projects, vendors, and initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Lead Branch Managers (4-6) for ongoing success in providing excellent Member Service, Sales Growth; Overall Financial Wellness of the membership
  • Be an active and engaged member of the department Leadership Team in determining management, leadership, development of goals of the department, ongoing, and assisting in the execution of that plan
    • Ongoing development of key individuals with the regions, as well as potentially aiding other areas and regions. This would primarily include the direct report Branch Managers, Team Leads, and other specifically identified potential leaders, and staff in general Who we are seeking:
      • Candidates a commitment to quality Member Service Required Work Experience
        • Minimum of five (5) years of financial institution leadership experience
        • Technical knowledge and skills required: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Financial Spreadsheets
        • Must be self-motivated
        • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
        • Strong decision-making skills
        • Strong Customer Service/Sales skills required Required Education:
          • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience The location of this position is flexible to be located in Central Ohio, Lincoln, AL, Timmonsville, SC, Greensboro,NC (Soon), Torrance, CA, Greensburgh, In Additional Position Factors:
