What you'll do:

• Oversee the productivity, breaks, and daily scheduling of all employees.
  • Assist in attracting, recruiting, developing, and employees.
  • Have knowledge of and assist with preventive maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
  • Own management of chemical inventory, usage, and costs.
  • Train and motivate a team to enroll new members.
  • Directly handle all customer concerns and questions.
    • Performs required administrative duties which may include documentation for performance management, team calls, terminations, employee relations, and promotions.
    • Take responsibility when the General Manager is offsite. What you'll need:
      • Strong interpersonal skills.
      • A willingness to learn and grow.
        • A positive attitude.
        • Comfortability working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
        • Flexibility in scheduling.
        • A high school diploma.
        • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
          • Ability to lift or move 50 pounds. Physical Job Requirements:
            • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons (heat of the summer, cold of the winter).
            • Be on your feet for extended periods of time/ the entire work shift.
            • Physically able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
              • Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
              • Alert and able to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
              • Safely climb and maneuver a 25ft ladder while carrying 40 pounds or more.
              • Respond quickly to sounds.
              • Move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces.
                • See clearly and respond to dangerous situations.
                • Must have the ability to be mobile and engaged with all Modteam members and customers at the pay station, tunnel entrance, and vacuum lot. Who you are:
