Systems Contractors, a full-service commercial mechanical systems provider that offers design, fabrication, installation, service, and maintenance for HVAC and building automation, is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC!This position will be responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and directing all aspects of assigned projects, from inception to conclusion, to maximize profitability and exceed client expectations.Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to successfully initiate, execute, track and close projects. They will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. They will have the ability to prioritize, work well under pressure, and maintain a high level of customer service, responsiveness, and professional business acumen.Responsibilities include:Effectively using your knowledge of mechanical plans/spec and design/build industryPerforming project analysis to determine scope, cost, and scheduling requirementsObtain drawings from General Contractors and distribute to necessary personnelObtain permits from both General Contractors and local jurisdictionsMaintaining and reviewing all RFIs, submittals, substitution requests, change proposals, project schedules, project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicesBeing responsible for Cost of Goods and material purchasingPrepare and review monthly ECACs (Estimated Cost at Completion) reportsQualifications:5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial mechanical construction industryCapable of making independent decisions, while still maintaining a team-focused mentalityExcellent computer skills; Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent organizational and strong verbal and written skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to prioritize workloadBenefits:Competitive Salary and Bonus StructureMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay
