Job Description Customer Success Manager SabreTooth Technologies, LLC is a leading software development and service provider to the hospitality and restaurant industries. Position Summary : The Customer Success Manager position will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in delivery of our systems and services. It will require extreme flexibility and some overnight travel as customer needs dictate. The position must collaborate with other SabreTooth resources to assure delivery and support of software and services in a well-organized and timely manner, ensuring that customer expectations and needs are exceeded. Key Responsibilities : Primary customer relations contact for software issues, long range planning and administrative activities Co-ordinate monthly/quarterly/annual customer plans with customers Support the sales team by performing pre-sales software demonstrations and by sharing product knowledge and expertise Manage and configure new software implementations, upgrades, and enhancements Identify opportunities for implementing additional / new functionality and training Develop complete project plans, and manage timelines and resources for on-time delivery of all milestones Deliver customer training both on site and remotely Create documentation and help information for customer-specific software enhancements Effectively communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of the organization both internally and externally Develop long-lasting executive-level relationships while providing an outstanding overall customer experience Liaise with 3rd party vendors as needed based on customer requirements Skills and Qualifications : 5 years experience in software application implementations, customer account management, and training activities 5 years experience in the food service and / or hospitality industry preferred Desire for fast-pace, drive to succeed, self-motivated and deadline-driven Demonstrated experience in outperforming customer service level expectations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and maintain accurate project plans, with proven reputation for on-time delivery and success Effective multi-tasker, with established reputation for seizing new challenges Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in Windows support, client/server systems, ASP services, mobile applications, and web-based software Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline PMP certification preferred Company Description SabreTooth Technologies, LLC is a leading software development and service provider to the hospitality and restaurant industries.
