The Volvo Trucks North America (VTNA) Commercial Operations team is currently leading an exciting transformation in the transportation industry, and we are recruiting a Sales Analysis Manager who will be a key driver in the growth and development in the North American market. Your role will center around enabling our growth strategy through sales analysis and strategic sales program development. Through setting, tracking, and measuring sales targets and sales execution, you will create insightful reports and recommendations to both senior management and our field sales teams.

As a member of a team that works highly cross-functional across departments, you will be Sales and Marketing team member responsible for the development and adoption of our Salesforce platform.

This Is How You Could Make an Impact:

  • Manage the retail sales planning process where you will use relevant data inputs to establish actionable and achievable targets
  • Develop tools and reporting to enhance the retail sales planning process that drive our growth strategy and account for the current business climate
  • Utilize a range of data sets to create accurate reporting that provides insights that allow our sales organization to better understand business performances, customer trends, and market developments
  • Manage the strategic development and the program management of the Volvo Trucks dealer incentive program
  • Responsible for the annual commercial and dealer awards process, including criteria recommendation and data analysis
  • Develop, maintain, support and track usage of sales process guidance, tools, and resources to VTNA field team and provide senior sales leadership with metrics outlining utilization
    You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in business management, Analytics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline with 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing or other related commercial function. Additionally, you will have experience working with heavy duty truck or related industry and CRM experience is a plus.

    • Ability to utilize market data to build strategies and development plans that are measurable and trackable
    • Current knowledge of the heavy truck industry with focus on sales, sales strategies, sales tools, and best practices.
    • Basic knowledge level of sales process and ability to lead, coach and corporate sales professionals
