Description:This role will be responsible for, and have oversight into, the daily operation of the Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to ensure efficient operations. Ensure timely response to both incidents and service requests that come into either team while reporting major issues/challenges to immediate leadership. This position is the first tier of leadership for Service Desk and Desktop Support team members around the clock. - Co-Manage Desktop Support and Service Desk teams, including coaching opportunities, performance evaluations and limited HR functions - Co-Manage multiple projects and oversee technical staff to ensure project and departmental milestones are met - Co-Manage/recommend the development of policies and procedures as it relates to the inventory management, provisioning, and ongoing device maintenance of the organization 's end-user hardware - Develop, implement, and maintain operational metrics and service-level metrics to meet business needs - Monitor incident trends and anticipate potential problems for proactive resolution - Recommend changes to products or services to fulfill organizational needs to Leadership - Oversee and assist with hardware rollouts at Corporate and Service CentersSkills:management skills, desktop troubleshooting, service deskTop Skills Details:management skills, desktop troubleshooting, service desk
