These core competencies provide a framework for aligning our actions directly to the success of Agiliti.Position SummaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities -- - Monitor the vendor partner inbox for processing all emails-- - Determine if shipping notification email and update Work Order Management System for Outsource Order Statuses to Shipped-- - Raise to Supervisor all Orders not in an approved/quoted Status to process to Shipped-- - Check all email for an Outsource Quote to be forwarded to team member for Work Order Management System processing-- - Raise all to Supervisor as defined by inaccurate/incomplete serial #/no WOrM #/Other questions from vendor-- - Help monitor all ETC updates from vendor and team members received into vendor partner inbox updating Work Order Management System as appropriate as a team effort-- - Forward all Territory Manager approval emails to Quality Assurance for processing-- - Upload all Outsource Quote is "-- -clean' as defined by having Work Order Management Order # or Serial # given by vendor-- - Upon Quote upload completion forward all Outsource Quotes to Quality Assurance for processing.Additional Duties and Responsibilities-- - Perform other duties as requiredJob Requirements/SpecificationsEducation and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Required:-- - High school diploma or equivalent work experienceEssential Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
