Elon University is currently accepting applications for an Executive Assistant to the Vice President for University Advancement. This position provides executive support to the Vice President and Associate Vice President for University Advancement. The executive assistant coordinates all activities of the office of the Vice President by maintaining a high awareness of all key activities within the division. The executive assistant is an excellent communicator, has a broad understanding of fundraising, has an ability to work independently, works under pressure at times, and maintains a high degree of confidentiality. Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role. The successful candidate will have experience using Microsoft Office, Raiser's Edge software is desirable.
