Overview* Create Guest Management strategies aligned with TFM Values* Conduct 3rd party reporting to make comparisons in the market* Supports brand activities by developing and tracking key performance metrics, and actively providing insights to internal stakeholders* Work collaboratively with marketing department by using guest data to influence key product offerings* Clearly define methods for identifying TFM Guest segmentation* Identifies drivers of changes in brand and market performance* Enhance organizational understanding of the impacts of guest decision making through incorporating consumer research with market data* Conduct, analyze and report on surveys and focus groups for the retail food industry* Present actionable business insights to the Leadership Team* Develop and maintain customer insight dashboards* Understand competitor behaviors and align TFM strategies to remain guest-focused* Track and report on SMG scores* Manage and develop the Guest Care TeamResponsibilitiesAt a minimum, you will need: Bachelor's degree is required5-8 years of related experienceSeveral years' experience leading othersSMG software experienceResearch platform experience (ex. Moment Feed, SMG, Morning Consult)Proficiency in Microsoft suite products, especially ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong Analytical abilitiesIt's a bonus if you bring: Experience in the food & beverage and hospitality industriesExperience leading a team focused on high volume activities
