Furnace Operator III , you will construct, operate, or tend heating
equipment such as heat-treating furnaces, flame-hardening machines,
induction machines, soaking pits, or vacuum equipment to temper,
harden and anneal. We have a brand-new state-of-the-art facility
which includes new equipment, a cafeteria, onsite fitness gym, golf
simulator, outdoor tennis court, basketball court, and pickleball
court. Your schedule will be 3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm –
7:00am , with overtime on a business need basis. Compensation
$1,500 Sign on Bonus* Shift differential and get paid for lunch

including first day Medical Benefits What You Will Do Safely
operate and maintain assigned machine/equipment. Perform refractory
repairs on furnaces and other heat treating equipment Follow
paperwork flow, QA, and Shop Floor policies and procedures. Operate
furnaces using the Distributive Control System. Maintain required
heat-treating records. Adhere to strict parts specifications. Learn
and understand Lean Manufacturing concepts. Evaluate product
quality and performs minor adjustments to equipment to meet quality
standards. Inspect finished products for defects Escalate issues
impacting the manufacturing process to immediate supervisor and/or
Team Lead and incoming shift when necessary. Support production
process and maintain cleanliness of shop. Qualifications You Must
Have Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in
the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Qualifications We
