Evaluate current-state performance and propose improvements aligned to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Performance. Support Drop Zone Changes and execute accurate BOM updates. Communicate effectively with internal and external engineering teams; present concise updates to peers and management. Lead or support Kaizen events and standardization initiatives. Drive production line quality and efficiency improvements. Partner cross-functionally with quality, operations, and other internal groups. What You Need Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. Basic CAD/CAM capabilities. Core Strengths Leadership, teamwork, and initiative in a collaborative environment. Analytical problem-solving and strong IT literacy. Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenter. Preferred Proficiencies Bachelor’s-level coursework Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering knowledge CAD and CAD/CAM tools Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing Outstanding communication Experience in a manufacturing environment Benefits & Well-Being Medical and prescription plans, dental, vision, and wellness programs.
