Henderson is looking for a driven and experienced Service Manager
to lead our state-of-the-art Service Center. This is a high-impact

Responsibilities - Service Manager: Manage daily operations of the
service department Supervise and coach service advisors and
technicians Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and handle
escalated concerns Monitor department performance (sales, gross
profit, productivity, CSI scores) Work closely with Parts and Sales
departments to meet internal service needs Enforce safety and
compliance standards Implement continuous improvements and hit
performance goals Qualifications: 3 years of experience as an
Automotive Service Manager or similar leadership role Strong
leadership and team development skills Excellent customer service
and communication abilities Deep understanding of service
department operations and KPIs Knowledge of automotive repair
processes and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds, etc.) Please
