Details: We are on the lookout for a seasoned Permanent Senior
Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing
industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our
operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly
and efficiently. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work
in a fast-paced, high-tech environment where you will be tasked
with overseeing the maintenance of our manufacturing equipment and
systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the
manufacturing industry, with a specific focus on maintenance
management. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant
experience and a strong understanding of HACCP. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and monitor preventative maintenance
programs for all manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and
increase operational efficiency. 2. Lead and manage the maintenance
team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high
performance and adherence to safety protocols. 3. Oversee the
installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment,
ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. 4.
Collaborate with other department managers to optimize production
processes and improve overall plant efficiency. 5. Regularly
inspect and evaluate physical plant and facilities, scheduling
repairs and upgrades as necessary. 6. Develop and manage budgets
for maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effective use of
resources. 7. Implement and maintain HACCP systems and procedures,
ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements. 8.
Keep up-to-date with latest maintenance technologies and methods,
and propose and implement improvements and modernizations. 9.
Handle emergency maintenance tasks as required and manage crisis
situations to minimize production downtime. 10. Regularly report to
senior management on maintenance activities, issues, and proposed
solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Industrial Technology, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in maintenance management roles within the manufacturing
industry. 3. Demonstrable knowledge and experience with HACCP
systems and procedures. 4. Strong technical understanding of
manufacturing equipment and systems. 5. Proven leadership and team
management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing
high-performing teams. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a
proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. 7. Strong
financial and budget management skills. 8. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
team members at all levels of the organization. 9. Familiarity with
relevant industry regulations and standards. 10. Ability to work in
a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple tasks
and priorities effectively. 11. Proficiency in using maintenance
management software and systems. 12. Willingness to be on-call for
