Your Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with established production standards, methods, and guidelines. Manage and oversee production operations to meet KPIs for assigned products/sub-segments within the shift. Apply methods, guidelines, and procedures effectively to achieve agreed-upon KPIs. Facilitate precise scheduling and sequencing of production orders. Approve production orders and allocate operational resources appropriately. Ensure production infrastructure readiness, including tools, maintenance, and operational setup. Suggest procedural and organizational changes to enhance Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD). Your Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures, production planning & control, MS-Office and SAP Knowledgeable of Safety and Health Systems Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage and lead direct reports Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship Preferred: Supervisory experience of 3 years in a manufacturing environment Automotive industry knowledge and experience Our Offering Comprehensive healthcare coverage: Employees receive access to a range of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, ensuring their well-being and peace of mind.
