Job Description:
Inventory Specialist needed onsite to support our client’s fleet
services team. This role combines administrative duties with
inventory and parts management to ensure the garage operations run
smoothly by managing paperwork, tracking parts and supplies, and
supporting technicians and supervisors. Qualifications High School
Diploma or GED Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive parts or
inventory management. Operate material handling equipment Forklift
certification or ability to obtain certification is required. Able
to lift up to 50 lbs. Attention to detail with solid record-keeping
and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
experience with Maximo is a plus. Able to handle confidential
information and company funds responsibly. Valid driver’s license
and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a background check
and drug test.
