We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Lead BAS
Controls Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will
play a pivotal role in our company, providing expert knowledge and
technical skills to our control systems. As a Lead BAS Controls
Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
maintaining building automation systems (BAS) that increase
operational efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and improve
building performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work

Benefits Career Growth Job Details Responsibilities: 1. Lead the
design and implementation of building automation systems (BAS)
based on project specifications and requirements. 2. Provide expert
guidance to the engineering team on the installation, programming,
and commissioning of BAS controls. 3. Generate controls submittals
and supervise programming of systems. 4. Conduct system diagnostics
and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance and
reliability. 5. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and
other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects
within budget and timeline constraints. 6. Provide technical
training and support to team members and clients on the use and
maintenance of control systems. 7. Keep abreast of latest trends
and advancements in the field of building automation and control
systems. 8. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with
industry standards and regulations. 9. Develop and maintain
technical documentation, including system designs, configuration
details, and operational manuals. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering, or a related field. 2. Professional Engineer
(PE) License is preferred. 3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in
designing and implementing building automation systems (BAS). 4.
Proven expertise with Tridium Niagara platform. 5. Strong knowledge
of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. 6. Exceptional
troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. 7. Excellent
communication and team leadership skills. 8. Ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 9.
Proficient in using computer software and applications related to
BAS controls, including AutoCAD, MS Project, and others. 10.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to
building automation systems. 11. Willingness to stay updated with
the latest trends and advancements in the field of building
