Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering State of NC Licensed EI or PE Minimum two years experience with site design, including roadways, utilities and storm water Motivated self-starter and team-oriented Excellent Autocad skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Experience with land surveying principles Experience Preferences: Local, state and federal permitting Site construction supervision and management Due diligence, cost estimates and budgeting Grading and erosion control plans Storm water control and management plans Demonstrated time and cost budgeting NCDOT project experience Software Preferences: Autocad LDD Hydra-Flow WaterCad Carlson Civil Suite TDS ESRI GIS Products
