Description:The Structures Mechanic is responsible to inspect, overhaul, repair, modify, and troubleshoot airframe parts, systems, and components. Structures Mechanic will perform sheet metal repairs and sheet metal fabrication of ailerons, longerons, flaps, joints, panels, aircraft skin and other structural components. Structure mechanics will perform sheet metal modifications as well. All aircraft will be in C & D checks,Skills:C & D Check, Heavy maintenance, Sheet Metal Mechanic, Sheet metal fabrication, Structure mechanic, Boeing, Airbus, Depot level maintenanceTop Skills Details:Sheet Metal mechanicStructure MechanicSheet metal fabricationStructure modificationAviation structuresBoeingAirbusHeavy MaintenanceC ChecksD ChecksAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Ideal candidates must have at least 2 years of aircraft structural maintenance and/or sheet metal repair and sheet metal fabrication experience in an MRO environment performing heavy maintenance and modifications. Boeing Aircraft (B737, B757, B767, B777, B747) and Airbus (A319, A320, A321) aircraft experience is highly desirable. Depot Level or Phase Level Military experience with C-17, C-130, KC-135, KC-10, or other large fixed wing aircraft is also acceptable.Experience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
