Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a
K-12 school setting in Roanoke, VA, supporting a diverse caseload
across all grade levels. This position offers a valuable experience
for those holding credentials such as SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLP-CCC,
providing support to students with a wide range of speech and
language needs. Responsibilities: Serve a caseload of K-12 students
with various speech and language disorders Conduct assessments,
develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational
professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate
documentation and comply with school and district reporting
requirements Participate in team meetings and contribute to student
success planning Qualifications: Valid SLP credentials appropriate
for school-based practice, including SLP, SLP-CFY, or SLP-CCC
Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school
environment Strong assessment, intervention, and communication
skills Ability to manage multiple caseloads efficiently and
effectively Flexibility and professionalism in a dynamic
educational setting Position Details: Location: Roanoke, VA Job
duration: Novice School Year (NSY) Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
