Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity seeks a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
support K-12 students within a school setting in Gastonia, NC. The
role is a contract position for the current school year, with a
start date ASAP and an end date of May 20th, 2026. The ideal
candidate will hold an NC SLP License and possess experience
working with elementary or Pre-K age groups. Key Qualifications:
Current North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Experience in
school-based speech-language pathology services Familiarity with
clinical fellowship year (CFY) requirements is a plus
Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language evaluations, therapy,
and interventions to support student communication needs
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and educational teams
to develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of
inclusive communication strategies Job Details: Location: Gastonia,
NC Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY) Weekly hours: 37.5
hours, Monday through Friday Age group served: Elementary or Pre-K
