As a Estimator at WxTite you will: Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand scope and requirements. Prepare comprehensive bid packages including detailed cost breakdowns and project schedules. Identify potential project risks that could impact costs or timelines. Work closely with with other team members, architects, engineers, and clients to clarify project details. Develop and maintain customer relationships to support business growth and generate sales to meet annual revenue and operating incoming goals. Our ideal Estimator will have: A BS degree in a construction related field is recommended not required (civil engineering, construction management, construction technology, etc.) 3-5 years of Estimating in a construction environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Scheduling/Project Management software, and familiarity with Procore preferred. Scope development and estimating/pricing experience preferred Excellent communication skills and customer service experience required.
