Job Purpose Relief Heating and Cooling, LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Helper to join our growing family. Install helpers work with a lead installer to complete installations of heating and cooling systems (mainly residential with some light commercial). Responsibilities: Understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps. Team-oriented and hard-working Willing to work flexible schedule as needed Work well with a lead installer while maintaining high quality and timely job performance Strong communication and customer service skills Possess required hand tools Maintain a safe and organized work environment Wearing proper PPE for personal safety Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (attics can be up to 130 degrees, may have to work in freezing temperatures as well) Requirements: 2 Years of HVAC experience EPA certified Valid driver’s license Clean driving and criminal record Ability to pass drug and background screening Standard technician tools Ability to lift 100 lbs. and climb ladders Neat, clean professional appearance Steel Toe boots * DOE : Depending on Experience, Salary Range starts at $35,000 a year.
