Fort Bragg, NC/Camp Mackall, NC to assist with operations and make
a meaningful impact on the organization by supporting the training
needs of military personnel. Oak Grove Technologies is a
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business based in Raleigh, NC, with
a Test and Training Center located near Fort Bragg and Camp
Mackall. With over 20 years of expertise in training, consulting,

Functions: Provide support to improve supply management, repair,
and maintenance of training ranges as required, ensuring optimal
functionality for testing and training purposes. Skilled in one or
more of the following trades: Carpentry: Proficient in framing and
installing doors, windows, staircases, and other structural
elements. Knowledge of using hand and power tools safely. Ability
to measure, cut, and assemble structures accurately. Understanding
of structural integrity, load-bearing principles, and construction
codes. Electrical Work: Skilled in installing, repairing, and
maintaining electrical systems. Experience with wiring, circuit
breakers, and electrical panels. Knowledge of safety codes and
regulations. Masonry: Proficiency in bricklaying, stonework, and
concrete finishing. Ability to mix and apply mortar and other
binding agents. Skilled in repairing and restoring masonry
structures. Understanding of structural integrity and load-bearing
principles. Plumbing: Skilled in installing, repairing, and
maintaining piping systems. Knowledge of water supply, drainage,
and HVAC systems. Experience with fixtures, fittings, and plumbing
tools. Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
Wheeled Vehicle Maintenance: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing
vehicle mechanical issues. Experience in engine maintenance, brake
systems, and electrical components. Ability to perform routine
inspections and preventative maintenance. Grounds Maintenance:
Skilled in landscaping, lawn care, and groundskeeping tasks.
Experience in operating heavy equipment, mowers, and trimmers.
Ability to plant, prune, and maintain vegetation. Roofing:
Proficient in installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing
systems. Experience working with shingles, metal roofing, and
waterproofing techniques. Ability to assess and repair leaks and
structural damage. Welding: Proficient in MIG, TIG, and arc welding
techniques. Ability to fabricate and repair metal structures and
components. Experience working with various metals, including steel
and aluminum. Primary work location at Camp Mackall, North
Carolina, with additional responsibilities at Fort Liberty and
other locations in central North Carolina, based on training needs.
Environmental Conditions: Ability to work in a variety of
environments, including extreme heat, cold, humidity, dampness, and
noise. Exposure to dust, fumes, smoke, gases, solvents, grease,
flammable materials, electrical hazards, and uneven surfaces. Tasks
may involve working around machinery, moving objects, on ladders or
scaffolding, at significant heights, or below ground. Must be able
to handle unusual fatigue, vibration, and work both collaboratively
with others and independently. Qualifications Proficiency in one or
more trades such as carpentry, electrical work, masonry, welding,
plumbing, wheeled vehicle maintenance, grounds maintenance,
roofing, or inventory control/supply. Ability to successfully pass
a background check. Proficiency in English, including reading,
writing, and speaking. Ability to perform effectively in
challenging field conditions, both day and night, and in varying
weather. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage and
complete projects efficiently. Demonstrated experience in the
listed trades. Physical ability to perform manual labor and
complete construction projects within established timeline Valid
driver’s license required. U.S. citizenship required. Clearance:
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Location: Fort Bragg, NC / Camp Mackall, NC Travel: Travel may be
required. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay, PTO, Health
