We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as Country Club Grounds Staff. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our country club to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. What's In It For Me? Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the golf course, tennis courts, and other outdoor facilities Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as watering, fertilizing, and aerating the grounds Assist with special events and tournaments, including setup and cleanup Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment Requirements: Do I Have What It Takes? High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Good communication and interpersonal skills Driver's License is required If you are a hardworking individual with a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
