Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Customer Service Representative position in Greensboro, NC. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service issues and documenting calls.

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position include:



* Delight Customer by providing exceptional service exemplified through complex inquiries, benefit and and cancellation calls regarding Borrowers Protection Plan (BPP) and Line Protection Plus (LPP) products



*Serves customer by providing product and service information; resolving product and service issues.



*Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.



*A benefit anc cancellation call requires deviations from standard screens, scripts and procedures



*Maintain customer records by updating account information



*Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed



*May also provide support to projects















Required Skills:



*High School Diploma or its equivalent is required



*Requires 1-3 years of customer service and/or claims processing experience.



*Must have experience with heavy inbound/outbound call volume



*Proven ability to take ownership of escalated issues



*Solid technical background



*Proven ability to multitask



Desired Skills:

? Bank system knowledge,

? Understanding of BPP/LPP products

? Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required







On the job training will be about 3-4 weeks, one on one training











The shift for this position is Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
