care. The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact

involves coordinating with healthcare providers and administrative
staff to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
Ultimately, the Medical Receptionist contributes significantly to
patient satisfaction and the overall effectiveness of the
healthcare facility. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent. Proven experience in a medical office or healthcare
setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Preferred
Qualifications: Certification in medical office administration or a
related field. Team player. Experience with electronic health
record (EHR) systems. Bilingual abilities to assist a diverse
patient population. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors
in a friendly and professional manner. Schedule new patients for
all locations. Schedule/authorize radiology appointments. Schedule
referrals. Manage appointment scheduling and confirm patient
visits. Maintain and update patient records and ensure
confidentiality. Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and
provide information about services. Process patient insurance
information and assist with billing inquiries. Skills: The required
skills for this position include strong communication abilities,
which are essential for interacting with patients and healthcare
professionals effectively. Organizational skills are utilized daily
to manage appointments and maintain accurate patient records,
