us! Job Description: This job is responsible for developing and
sponsoring short and long- term product management plans. Key
responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor
analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and
long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to
modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer.
Job expectations include leading the management and development of
products and ensuring that product management efforts are
integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and
customer service strategies. Additionally, this role is responsible
for advancing the consumer deposit product growth strategy by
translating analytical insights into actionable business direction
and partnering closely with product, marketing, channel, and
finance stakeholders. The leader will oversee and guide the
performance management team while managing a diverse group of
analytical professionals— ensuring focus, prioritization, and
alignment with broader business objectives. The role directs the
development and communication of insights that inform product
strategy, influence executive decision?making, and uncover
opportunities to strengthen customer engagement and deposit growth.
By collaborating with P&L owners and senior leaders, this role
identifies and shapes solutions to complex business challenges,
ensuring analytics are integrated with strategic priorities across
partner teams. It also includes developing talent within the
analytical discipline, strengthening their ability to interpret
results, communicate insights, and drive business outcomes. Success
requires experience managing sophisticated workstreams, leading
teams to defined outcomes, balancing competing priorities, and
applying strong business acumen within consumer financial services
or product?driven environments. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to

Responsibilities: Owns a set of products and corresponding
financials, including managing the investment profile and profit
and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights
about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop
products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
Develops long and short-term product strategy, driving products to
provide comprehensive solutions across the bank Leads a team
responsible for identification of plans for product development,
supporting the creation of sales training programs, and marketing
materials to educate clients and internal teams on product
capabilities Instills a culture of continuous improvement and
effective risk management Consumer Deposit Growth Strategy:
Leverage historical checking and savings products and offer
performance data, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and
size them for prioritization to advance Consumer Deposit Growth
Strategy. Leadership & Influence: Strategically advise
cross-functionally with products, finance, marketing and strategy
teams to translate insights into initiatives that enhance deposit
acquisition, deepen client relationships, and optimize portfolio
profitability Data Enablement & Performance Management: Manage end
to end performance measurement frameworks, ensuring accurate
reporting, trend analysis, and actionable insights that drive
product and offer decision. Talent & Team Leadership: Lead a high
performing analytics team responsible for producing, interpreting,
and reporting performance insights across Consumer Deposit
products, including Savings, Checking, and offers Innovation & Risk
Management: Stay at the forefront of Consumer Deposit products and
trends to drive competitive advantage and reduce operational risk.
Financial Impact: Drive value realization of consumer deposit
products via revenue growth and cost savings. Develop business
cases, operating models, and performance frameworks for Consumer
Deposit Products. Managerial Responsibilities: This position may

Qualifications : 15 years in data, analytics, or product management
leadership roles within financial services or large enterprises.
Proven track record developing and integrating performance data
into meaningful and accessible reporting processes Strong strategic
thinking and business acumen with ability to translate vision into
execution. Exceptional executive communication and influencing
skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-enterprise
initiatives. Experience managing large teams with diverse skillsets
across product and strategy. Desired Qualifications : Advanced
degree in Business, Data Science or related fields preferred

information Pay range $180,000.00 - $231,000.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
