BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst opportunity in Charlotte, NC! Position Title: Business Analyst- Loan Documentation Location: Charlotte, NC Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to the change. Expected Duration: 12 months Job Type: FULL TIME, CONTRACT, Hybrid Role- 3 days in office/2 Remote- Wednesday required in office- 8am-5pm Pay Range: $32.06/hr Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due the factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Manager would like to see less Mortgage experience and more Financial Analyst Technology platforms used Excel Experience and Loan Doc Review Experience Account Receivable and Inventory analysis supporting Asset Based Lending loan portfolios Job Description: Collateral Analyst responsible for: Account Receivable and Inventory analysis supporting Asset Based Lending loan portfolios Determine eligible client collateral in accordance with Credit Agreement Review and understand client trends in relation to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory collateral levels Identify and escalate potential risk items in client loan support documentation Effectively communicate analysis to business partners & clients Extracting / formatting / uploading client report data for multiple lending lines of business Review client file submissions for Completeness and assess file format for predetermined requirements Coordinate the receipt of missing/incomplete documentation with our internal Servicing partners Collaborate with internal Servicing. Partners to ensure correct data extraction Create and update formulas within data extraction tool used to upload client files to an analytical application Effectively manage through collaboration, proactively contributes to project and initiative development.
