Director of Financial OperationsInvestors Title Insurance CompanyMorrisville, NC (Hybrid)The Director of Financial Operations is a key member of the Finance leadership team at Investors Title Insurance Company. In this position you will lead all financial operations functions including the company fleet, employee expenses, company insurance, accounts payable, procurement, and accounts receivable, including invoicing and incoming client payments.Employment Perks:Medical Insurance with a free plan option (and other options for employees and their family members)Dental and vision insurance (free for employees)401K + employer contribution + profit shareMaternity and adoption leaveEmployer provided life insurance and long-term disabilityComprehensive hands-on trainingPositions Highlights:Development and maintenance of internal financial and operating controls throughout the businessManage employee expenses with a customer focus as well as own the ESP system, and effectively manage and oversee the relationship with the providerEnterprise-level provision of all of the Company's financial receipting and disbursing services, including those executed within Finance as well as those performed in other departmentsDirect asset management function, which includes acting as the fleet manager, and manage accounts payable and receivableDirect the procurement and invoicing functionPerform responsibilities specified in the Company-wide risk management and compliance responsibility summaryProvide support to SVP-Finance as necessaryQualifications (required):Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 12+ years of related work experience. MBA or Master's degree and/or professional certification(s) are strongly preferred and a CPA or similar certification is requiredPrior experience in a leadership capacity of a similarly sized organization (Revenue level of $150MM to $500MM with employee level of 200 to 2,000)3+ years in a Leadership Role with strong supervisory skills/personal managementExperience in designing and optimizing workflow/processes while building the accounting/finance and IS functions to support the needs of a growing organizationQualifications (desired):Public accounting experience and/or insurance industry experienceExperience with a public reporting entity and/or experience within a multiple company/divisional environmentExperience in managing accounting within a company that provides management services to other entities (real estate or management companyExperience in applying technology to address business challenges and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize details into a corporate-level, strategic viewpointRecognized as an industry leader, Investors Title Insurance Company provides residential and commercial title insurance and innovative business solutions for our partners.
