If you would you like to join an exciting and challenging position as a member of the Business Control team then this may be the position for you! Were looking for someone

who can proactively support the Service Contract and Connected Services teams to reach their strategic and financial objectives. You will have a key role in driving and tracking financial

performance as we aim to grow the services business.

  • Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Be a business partner, give financial guidance and drive performance to profitably grow the Services business in North America.
  • Together with Group Financial Control and Accounting (FCA) ensure an accurate accounting, timely closing of books and relevant presentation of the financial performance.
  • Perform monthly closing activities including journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliations related to accruals.
  • Manage the monthly reporting of actuals and any ad hoc reporting as necessary to North America.
  • Preparation of various other financial analyses, presentations, and related material.
  • Manage the balance sheet of the Service Contract portfolio
  • Monitor and analyse the cost development of the Service Contract portfolio in close collaboration with warranty business control and the Service Contracts team
  • Provide senior management with critical analyses of the operating performance of the Service Contract portfolio and connected services in North America
  • Provide financial analysis of Selling & Admin expenses, investigate actual charges, and conduct variance analysis versus budgets/forecasts as required.
  • Manage the estimate process for Service Contracts & Connected Services for and SA North America. Be the financial lead in different business development initiatives within the Service Contracts & Connected Services area.
  • Enforce financial policies and procedures.
  • You will hold a BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance or a related field and CPA Certificate and/or MBA a plus.
  • Additionally, you will have 5 years or more experience in Financial
  • Planning and Control or Accounting and SAP R/3 or alternative ERP experience a plus
